An attractive, bourgeois French couple are terrorised in their remote Romanian mansion by a group of hooded, feral youths for no apparent reason, forcing them to flee frantically into the surrounding woods in search of help, in Moreau and Palud’s generally well-crafted and pleasingly understated horror film, which (fatally) lacks any real tension, suspense, or visceral thrills.
